Crash Replacement
Register your Mavic helmet and benefit from a 3-year warranty, as well as a 40% discount on the purchase of a new helmet if you damage it during a fall.
If bought after September 1st 2020 you are entitled to 50% off for the first 2 years, 40% off for 3 to 5 years and 30% off for 6 to 8 years
For Aluminium wheels you are entitled to 40% off for the first 3 years.
For helmets you are entitled to 40% off for the first 3 years
This Crash Replacement program does not apply to Aksium, Crossride, Crossmax and Allroad wheel models.
Terms and ConditionsMavic is committed to offering a full warranty on all its products, reflecting its unwavering commitment to quality and the satisfaction of the most demanding cyclists. Mavic's products are designed and manufactured to withstand the toughest conditions, and Mavic are keen to reaffirm its commitment to quality with a robust and reassuring warranty.
Every Mavic component is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship. In addition, for extra peace of mind, Mavic offers an extended warranty for a range of their products. This is a testament to their confidence in the durability of products manufactured in France and Europe, and thoroughly tested in their manufacturing facilities.
The Mavic warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the brand's discretion). Customers are encouraged to register their purchase on the Mavic website to benefit from the free Mavic Care program and facilitate the warranty process.
Mavic's warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, negligence or incorrect installation of components. In addition, repairs or modifications not authorized by Mavic-certified technicians may invalidate this warranty.
Mavic do everything we can to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and to meet their customers' needs.
Reflecting that ethos, they provide a lifetime warranty on their carbon wheels (excluding Cosmic S42). This guarantee is only applicable to the original owner when the wheels have been registered on mavic.com/care within 2 months of purchase.
It applies to all wheels from the 2021 collection onwards, purchased after September 1, 2020. They can be identified by a serial number starting with CFA214xxx or CRA214xxx and above.
Similarly, their aluminium wheels and all other products are covered by Mavic's statutory 2-year warranty. This warranty can be extended to 3 years for Comet Ultimate aluminium wheels, helmets and shoes when the product has been registered on mavic.com/care within 2 months of purchase.
