Terms and Conditions for Cycle to Work Scheme

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of Chicken Cyclekit Ltd in the Cycle to Work Scheme (Cyclescheme.co.uk) and apply to all participants who purchase bicycles and accessories through the Scheme.

1.2 By purchasing items through Cyclescheme.co.uk, the participant agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time by Chicken Cyclekit Ltd.

2. Eligibility
2.1 To be eligible to participate in the Scheme, the Participant must:
a) Be employed by an employer that is registered with CycleScheme.co.uk.
b) Have successfully completed the required registration process through their employer.

2.2 Chicken Cyclekit Ltd reserves the right to verify the Participant's eligibility through the Cyclescheme.co.uk scheme before processing any orders.

2.3 Chicken Cyclekit Ltd will not hold any bicycle or accessories for a participant unless they have provided confirmation that they have received the vouchers from their employer.

3. Product Offerings and Purchase Process
3.1 Chicken Cyclekit Ltd offers a selection of bicycles, safety equipment, and accessories eligible for purchase under the Cyclescheme.co.uk Scheme. All products available through the Scheme are listed on Cyclescheme.co.uk terms and conditions, and the Participant must choose from this approved selection.

3.2 To make a purchase, the Participant must follow the steps provided on Chicken Cyclekit Ltd’s website or platform, including confirming their eligibility and selecting the items they wish to purchase under the Scheme.

3.3 Payment for the bicycle and accessories will be made directly by the employer to Chicken Cyclekit Ltd via the Cycle to Work Scheme provider, and the Participant will repay the amount through salary sacrifice deductions, as agreed between the Participant and their employer.

3.4 Please be aware products purchased through Cyclescheme are only available at the full RRP pricing. Discounts on current products on the Chicken Cyclekit website do not apply over to your Cyclescheme purchase.

4. Delivery
4.1 Chicken Cyclekit Ltd will arrange for the delivery of the bicycle and accessories to the address provided by the Participant during the ordering process. Delivery timelines are subject to stock availability and the delivery terms of Chicken Cyclekit Ltd.

4.2 Any delivery charges, as applicable, will be outlined during the checkout process. Chicken Cyclekit Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the bicycle and accessories within the specified timeframe but does not accept responsibility for delays beyond its control.

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 The Participant is encouraged to inspect their bicycle and accessories upon receipt. If the bicycle or any accessories are damaged, defective, or not as described, the Participant should notify Chicken Cyclekit Ltd immediately.

5.2 The Participant may return or exchange the items, subject to Chicken Cyclekit Ltd returns and exchanges policy. Any items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation intact.

6. Maintenance and Warranty
6.1 The Participant is responsible for maintaining the bicycle and accessories in good working order throughout the salary sacrifice period. Chicken Cyclekit Ltd will provide maintenance advice and offer products that comply with standard warranties.

6.2 All bicycles and accessories supplied by Chicken Cyclekit Ltd come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the product. Warranty details will be provided with the product at the time of delivery.

7. Liability
7.1 Chicken Cyclekit Ltd is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of the bicycle or accessories, except where the injury or damage arises due to Chicken Cyclekit Ltd’s negligence or failure to deliver products that meet the agreed specifications.
