Name & Contact details
For obvious reasons, we need your name and contact details for you to buy or order goods from us, when shipping goods to you or to contact you about your account under the contract we have with you.
If you have given your consent for us to contact you, we'll use these details to send you marketing emails from time to time, we simply want to keep you in the loop of new products, offers or other information.
How to stop receiving marketing messages from Chicken CycleKit
In every single email is a clear unsubscribe button at the bottom of each email. Simply click these to wipe your data from our mailing list. You can also contact sales@chickencyclekit.co.uk if you prefer.

We keep a record of emails and social media conversations to help provide better support to our customers, and as a record for any issues that may arise as a result of a person getting in touch regardless of what it may be.

We keep a record of everything you've purchased should you ever have a warranty claim - this information is held for 6 years. It also aids in customer service should you ever need to query an item, process a repair or refund under your contract. We also need to know what our customers are buying, it helps us highlight standout products and brands, we also use this to influence what our sales team contacts you about, making sales calls more relevant.

We collect information such as device type, screen size and language settings. This helps us provide the best user experience possible (see section on Cookies below).
Sharing Your Information
We will never sell any of your personal data to any third party. However, there are some cases in which data is shared internally:
