Patented Aero spokes improve the ride quality and speed of the Allroad SL wheel, creating a dynamic, high-performance experience that's almost magical. Fore drilling makes the rim completely airtight, eliminating the need for a rim tape and saving 30g per wheel. That weight saving paired with the fluidity of the ID360 freewheels, maximizes efficiency in the long haul. While lightweight, the freewheel is also easy to maintain thanks to the automatic bearing preload (QRM Auto). UST Tubeless technology allows for reduced tyre pressure, offering premium comfort and better control on the most technical surfaces, as well as reduced friction for increased efficiency and grip, plus protection against flats.

In addition to its exceptional efficiency, the Allroad SL wheel stands out for its lightness, durability and ease of use and maintenance. Using ISM4D rim technology, our engineers saved weight where it matters most, while guaranteeing an almost biblical level of durability. What's more, the Black Shield Rim finish, a combination of anodizing and paint, reinforces against impacts and scratches caused by everything that committed cycling off the paved roadways can dish out.

Maxtal aluminium alloy

Light and strong. Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminium alloy offers a higher strength to weight ratio than the conventional 6106 alloy.

ISM 4D Light rim technology

Inter Spoke milling 4 dimensions is an exclusive Mavic patented concept. Significantly reducing weight and inertia without compromising durability. Quicker accelerations, better handling and more resistance. The right ratio to make the most of every ride. The smooth profile also helps reduce aerodynamic drag.

Fore tapeless tubeless technology

Stiffer and stronger. Instead of being drilled, the lower rim bridge is pushed up on the inside, then threaded to enable the spoke nipples to be directly screwed in it, leaving the upper rim bridge intact

Instant Drive 360 technology

Super light and efficient. The large contactless rubber seal provides low friction, while a wide array of end caps makes it super versatile.

UST tubeless technology

Traction and control. Universal Standard for Tubeless. Ready to ride tubeless system. The UST concept improves traction, control and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.

SUP Welding technology

Soud� Usin� Process, stronger and smoother joint. After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish.

Black Shield treatment (protects against impacts and scratches)

This treatment doubles the rims lifespan against stone impacts and scratches. Super strong double coated treatment with a matt finish.

Infinity hub design

Efficient power transfer thanks to optimised non-contact spoke lacing (no noise under load) and tension distribution. The length of the spokes at the front and rear is identical. Maintenance is easy thanks to a tool-free solution.

QRM Auto bearing preload technology

Qualite de Roulements Mavic Auto. Cartridge bearings double sealed with e3 internal clearance. Preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee a perfect spin with no play on the long run.
