How To Use

Prepare a portion by dissolving the content of two measuring spoons (equal to approx. 30 g of the product) in a 500-ml bottle. During intense physical activity, it is recommended to take 500 ml of the product for each hour of the activity performed, drinking regularly (one sip approximately every 15 minutes), thereby keeping the intensity of the exercise and ambient conditions into account.
